Check in went well. But,,,, on checkout I asked for a copy of my bill/ receipt as I had elected to pay 'at the hotel' . The front desk person refused to give me my copy saying I could get it from the 3rd party I booked with. Now I have no receipt for my records !! Please look into this and get back to me.
